Hyderabad, August 29: Several parts of Telangana are likely to receive passing showers from Saturday afternoon through the night, according to the latest weather forecast. Light to moderate rainfall is expected in several districts, while isolated rainfall and generally dry conditions may prevail elsewhere.

Scattered light to moderate rain is likely in Sangareddy, Vikarabad, Medak, Rangareddy, Kamareddy, Siddipet, Mahabubnagar, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Jagtial, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Karimnagar, Bhadradri Kothagudem and Khammam from midnight into Sunday morning.

In Hyderabad, passing showers are expected at intervals until Saturday night. Scattered rainfall is also considered very likely during the overnight hours, providing some relief from the prevailing conditions in the city.

Residents are advised to remain alert while travelling, particularly during the night and early morning hours, as sudden showers could affect road conditions and traffic movement.
