Sangareddy SP Paritosh Pankaj Inspects Hadnoor Police Station, Zaheerabad DSP Office

Sangareddy, August 21, 2026: As part of the annual inspections, Sangareddy District Superintendent of Police Paritosh Pankaj, IPS, inspected the Hadnoor Police Station and Zaheerabad DSP Office on Friday and reviewed cleanliness, record maintenance and the functioning of police personnel.

At Hadnoor Police Station, the SP received a ceremonial guard of honour and, along with DSP Saida Naik, planted a sapling on the station premises. He inspected the cleanliness of the surroundings, staff kit articles and station records. He also reviewed details of seized and case-related vehicles and instructed personnel to preserve case property safely until it is produced before the court.

The SP directed officers to ensure quality investigation in every case and prepare special action plans for resolving missing-person cases and long-pending cases. He instructed police to identify crime-prone areas as black spots and intensify surveillance through day and night beat patrols.

Paritosh Pankaj stressed the importance of technology in modern policing and directed personnel to gain complete proficiency in CCTNS-2.0, Petition Management System, TS-COP, HRMS, e-Sakshya, Tech Dattam, iRAD Darpan, CEIR, Cyber Crime Portal, CDR and portable fingerprint devices. He instructed staff to keep station records from Part-I to Part-V updated in CCTNS-2.0 without any pending entries.

Focus on Public-Friendly Policing

Addressing police personnel, the SP instructed them to interact politely with complainants and assure them that their grievances would be addressed. Village Police Officers were directed to have complete knowledge of their assigned villages and maintain good relations with village elders and youth to gather advance information related to law and order.

He also instructed personnel to maintain updated information about rowdy sheeters and suspect history sheeters and conduct regular day and night beat checks. Police were advised to use Papillon devices to verify suspicious persons and identify previous offenders through fingerprints.

The SP emphasised that every police employee should develop knowledge of all types of duties and keep pace with changing technology. He urged personnel to work with dedication and discharge their responsibilities efficiently.

He also advised police personnel to wear helmets and seat belts while driving vehicles. He appreciated the welfare measures being implemented by SHO Sujith for police staff.

Quality Investigation in Sensitive Cases

During his visit to the Zaheerabad DSP Office, the SP reviewed office cleanliness and record maintenance. He directed officers to ensure quality investigation in SC/ST Atrocities, POCSO, rape and dowry death cases and take steps to provide speedy justice to victims.

He instructed officials to follow all legal procedures and conduct comprehensive investigations in every case. He also directed police to conduct community contact programmes every month and take preventive action after identifying suspicious persons and vehicles.

Steps to Prevent Road Accidents

The SP directed officials to take effective measures to prevent road accidents and identify accident-prone locations as black spots. He instructed authorities to install proper signboards and conduct special road-safety awareness programmes in villages located along national highways.

Wherever road-engineering deficiencies are identified, officials were asked to coordinate with the National Highways Authority and take necessary corrective measures.

The SP also stressed the importance of CCTV cameras in crime prevention and detection and instructed police to create awareness among residents about voluntarily installing CCTV cameras.

Vigilance Along State Borders

Highlighting Zaheerabad’s proximity to interstate borders, Paritosh Pankaj warned that the area could be vulnerable to illegal transportation and other unlawful activities. He directed officers to strengthen surveillance along the state borders and conduct nakabandi operations to prevent illegal activities.

The SP expressed satisfaction with the maintenance of records at the DSP office and police station and appreciated the officers and staff for their performance. He also announced rewards for personnel who demonstrated outstanding performance in their duties.

Zaheerabad DSP Saida Naik, Zaheerabad Rural Circle Inspector Hanumanthu, Town Circle Inspector Ravi and Sub-Divisional SIs accompanied the SP during the annual inspection.
