Hyderabad: GHMC Commissioner Sri RV Karnan inspected the ongoing distribution of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) notices at CIB Quarters, AC Guards, Polling Station No. 1, under the Nampally Assembly Constituency.

During the inspection, the Commissioner reviewed the progress of the field-level exercise and interacted with BLOs, the BLO Supervisor, AERO and ERO. He directed the election officials to ensure systematic distribution of SIR notices and clearly explain the purpose and procedure to voters.

The Commissioner also interacted with local residents and urged them to carefully verify the details mentioned in the notices and submit the required documents and information within the prescribed timeline. Voters were advised to approach the concerned BLO for any clarification or assistance.

RV Karnan stressed the need for proper coordination among election staff and directed officials to promptly address public queries and facilitate eligible citizens in completing the SIR process smoothly.
