Hyderabad, August 13: Two accused persons were convicted and sentenced to six days’ imprisonment each by the Hon’ble IX Special Judicial Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, in an e-Petty case registered at Falaknuma Police Station.
The judgment was pronounced on 13-08-2026 by Hon’ble IX Special Judicial Magistrate Sri P. Narsing Rao in STC No. 5661/2026, arising out of e-Petty Case No. HYD2329PC263671174/2026, registered under Section 70(b) CP Act and Section 223 BNS.
The convicted persons are:
Shaik Atteq, S/o Shaik Wajeed, aged 19 years, Labour, resident of Falaknuma, Hyderabad.
Shaik Irfan, S/o Shaik Mahaboob, aged 21 years, Welder, resident of Falaknuma, Hyderabad.
According to police, the accused, along with their associates, intercepted and assaulted the complainant, causing physical injuries. The Falaknuma Police promptly took up the matter and initiated necessary legal action.
Following the investigation and prosecution of the case, the Hon’ble Court convicted both accused and sentenced them to six days’ imprisonment each.
The case was handled under the supervision of Falaknuma Police Station SHO Sri M Appala Naidu and the concerned police personnel.
