Nirmal, Oct. 31(Abdul Majid): Union Tribal Affairs Secretary Vibhu Nayar has called for the effective and result-oriented continuation of the Aspirational Block Programme launched by the Central Government to ensure development in backward regions.

During a video conference held on Friday with Collectors and officials of blocks selected under the programme, Nayar directed authorities to achieve 100 per cent progress across key indicators and ensure regular monitoring by senior officers.

He urged officials to take proactive measures in areas such as education, healthcare, nutrition, agriculture, and infrastructure, stressing that consistent efforts are essential to uplift the living standards of people in underdeveloped areas.

District Tribal Development Officer Ambaji and other officials participated in the conference.
