Pushpa Benefit Show Incident: Financial Aid Extended to Injured Child’s Family under ‘Mission Vatsalya’ Scheme
Hyderabad: At the office of the Child Rights Commission, financial assistance has been extended to the family of the child injured during the Pushpa movie benefit show, under the Mission Vatsalya scheme.
Following the unfortunate incident at Sandhya Theatre, with the special initiative of Child Rights Commission Chairperson Mrs. Kothakota Sita Dayakar Reddy, the injured child’s elder sister has been granted support under this central government scheme.
As per the scheme, the girl will receive ₹4,000 every month until she turns 18 years old. So far, ₹12,000 (₹4,000 per month for the last three months) has already been directly deposited into the family’s account for her educational expenses.
Mission Vatsalya is a welfare scheme of the Central Government. The family expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Child Rights Commission for extending such humanitarian assistance.
