District SP Dr. G. Janaki Sharmila IPS receives complaints from the public.

Bhainsa 31/December (Patriotic Views) Nirmal District SP Dr. G. Janaki Sharmila IPS participated in the public complaint meeting program held at Bhainsa SP Camp Office on Wednesday. On this occasion, nine complainants from different villages under Bhainsa Sub-Division filed complaints, on which District SP Dr. G. Janaki Sharmila IPS responded promptly to each complaint. He spoke to the officials of the concerned police stations on phone in the presence of the complainants and advised them to provide necessary legal assistance to the victims immediately. He directed the police officials to take steps to resolve the issues quickly. The SHE team also played an important role in resolving family disputes in this program. The SHE team staff provided counseling to both the groups on some of the family issues that came up in this program. The families were reunited through counseling. While it was difficult for people to reach Nirmal, the victims expressed satisfaction at the idea of ​​the SP providing counseling in Bhainsa itself. In addition, pending complaints were also reviewed during this time. On this occasion, District SP Dr. G. Janaki Sharmila IPS asked the officials to find out the status of resolution of complaints received in the past and the progress of pending complaints and to resolve the pending ones at the earliest. Bhainsa ASP Rajesh Meena IPS was also present on the occasion.
