Under the leadership of District SP Shri Yogesh Gautam, IPS, the police conducted a flag march at the Narayanpet district headquarters. On this occasion, he stated that Ganesh Navratri celebrations and Eid Milad-un-Nabi processions are being organized, and precautionary security measures are being taken to instill a sense of safety among the public and to prevent any untoward incidents.

The flag march began from Satyanarayan Chowrasta and passed through Ganesh Marg, Amba Bhavani Temple, Mahankali Temple, Masu Malli Dargah, Hazari Hotel, Barpet, Buvvamma Gutta Dargah, Good Luck Kaman, Saraf Bazaar, Main Chowk, Godugu Geri, Old Bus Stand, RDO Office, and concluded at the SP Office.

SP Yogesh Gautam informed that Ganesh Navratri celebrations in Narayanpet district will be held on the 4th and 5th in Utkoor and on the 5th and 6th in Narayanpet town. Similarly, the Eid Milad-un-Nabi rally will be organized on the 8th and 9th of September. He emphasized that strong security arrangements are being made to ensure peace during these festivities and appealed to people to celebrate in an atmosphere of harmony and brotherhood.

He further warned that strict action would be taken under the law against anyone attempting to create disturbances or communal tension.

The flag march was attended by Additional SP M.D. Riaz Ul Haq, DSP Nallapu Lingayya, CI Shiva Shankar, RI Narsimha, Sub-Inspectors, TSSP platoons, and the District Armed Reserve Police force.
