Eleven complaints from different villages were registered in the public complaint Meeting held at the Bhainsa SP camp office.

Bhainsa 7/January (Patriotic Views) A public complaint meeting was organized by the police at the SP camp office located in the premises of the Old Police Station located in Kisan Galli of Bhainsa city under the direct supervision of District SP Dr. G. Janaki Sharmila IPS. On this occasion, eleven complainants from different villages of Bhainsa sub-division limits filed complaints, on which the District SP responded immediately to each complaint and spoke to the officials of the concerned police stations over the phone in the presence of the complainants and directed them to provide necessary legal assistance to the victims immediately and take steps to resolve the issues quickly. In addition, during this time, the SHI team played an important role in resolving family disputes and provided counseling to both groups on some family issues. The families were reunited through counseling. The public said that It was difficult to reach Nirmal, but the problems are being resolved by providing counseling to the victims in Bhainsa itself by the SP, which is a satisfactory step. On this occasion, the District SP reviewed the pending complaints and inquired from the officials about the status of resolution of complaints received in the past and the progress of pending complaints and emphasized on the early resolution of pending complaints.
