Nirmal, Jan.1(Abdul Majid): District Collector Abhilasha Abhinav on Thursday unveiled posters marking the National Road Safety Month–2026 at her chamber in the Collectorate.

Addressing officials on the occasion, the Collector said the Road Safety Month would be observed from January 1 to January 31 and called for the programmes to be conducted in a meaningful and effective manner. She stressed the need to organise daily awareness activities to educate the public on road safety rules and responsible behaviour on roads.

RTO Durgaprasad, DPRO Vishnuvardhan, Transport Department officials and others were present at the poster release programme.
