In a step to create greater public awareness on cybercrimes, traffic rules, and road safety, a Public Address System was inaugurated today at IB and Pothireddypally junctions in Sangareddy town under the supervision of the District Police Department.

The system was formally launched by Hon’ble Minister for Health and Medical Affairs, Cilarapu Damodar Rajanarasimha, in the presence of Zaheerabad MP Suresh Shetkar and TGISC Chairman Turpu Nirmala Jagga Reddy.

Providing details, District SP Paritosh Pankaj, IPS, said that through this advanced system, the public will receive timely alerts and awareness messages, especially during peak hours, regarding various types of online frauds, traffic regulations, and road safety measures.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha praised the initiative of the district police and said the Public Address System would prove highly useful in educating people. He urged citizens to follow traffic rules, stay cautious against cybercrimes, and protect themselves from road accidents by taking the awareness messages seriously.

The program was attended by Sangareddy DSP Satyayya Goud, Traffic Inspectors Ramakrishna Reddy, CCS Inspector Shiva Kumar, Rural Inspector Kranti, SI Ravinder, along with local public representatives, officials, and residents.
