Hafiz Layeeq Khan Condemns MP Arvind’s Remarks on Nizamabad

Nizamabad, Jan 09 (Patriotic Views): Hafiz Mohammad Layeeq Khan, Deputy Chief of Imaraat Millate Islamia Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, strongly condemned the statement made by Nizamabad Member of Parliament D Arvind during a press conference in which he claimed the city’s earlier name was Indur and allegedly used inappropriate words against the late King Nizam. hafiz layeeq Khan asserted that the name Nizamabad has existed for decades and questioned whether D Arvind represents Nizamabad or Indur, asking if the Police Commissioner, District Collector, Muncipal Commissioner and other officials serve Nizamabad or Indur. He also questioned whether D Arvind, as MP, and the Urban MLA took their oaths in the name of Nizamabad or Indur. Referring to recent chaos at the Nizamabad Municipal Corporation during voter list draft discussions, he alleged a planned attempt to communalise the atmosphere ahead of municipal elections. He cited BJP leader Dinesh Kulachari’s remarks against Mohammed Ali Shabbir and his son Mohammed Ilyas, demanded strict legal action under proposed hate speech laws, urged leaders to maintain communal harmony, and called on the state government to pressurise MP D Arvind to withdraw his words.
