Hyderabad: A five-day special photo exhibition organised by the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, was inaugurated on Saturday at the premises of Koti Vivek Vardhini College.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Union Minister for Coal and Mines G. Kishan Reddy and is being held as part of the Integrated Communication and Outreach Programme (ICOP) to mark 150 years of the iconic national song ‘Vande Mataram’. It features 22 information panels highlighting the historical journey and national significance of the song.

As part of the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ initiative, special panels showcasing the cultural diversity, traditional food habits, and art forms of Telangana and Haryana have also been displayed.

The exhibition offers modern visitor engagement facilities, including digital selfie points and on-the-spot online quizzes. Participants in the quiz are being provided with instant digital certificates.

The exhibition will remain open to students and the general public until 31st of this month, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Organisers have appealed to students and citizens to visit the exhibition and gain insights into the nation’s rich and glorious heritage.
