FIFA reveal venues for 2025 Club World Cup, final in New Jersey

FIFA has announced the venues for the expanded 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, with 12 stadiums across the United States hosting 63 matches. The final will be held at MetLife Stadium in New York, New Jersey on July 13, 2025, just over a year before it also hosts the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final. The stadium, which has a capacity of 82,500 and was the site of the 2016 Copa America Centenario final, will be one of the main highlights of the tournament.

The 2025 Club World Cup will kick off on June 15 and feature eight groups of four teams each, with the top two teams from each group advancing to a knockout stage, culminating in the final. Among the other venues for the tournament are Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles, and Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino described the competition as a unique opportunity for clubs from across the globe to compete on a grand stage, promoting inclusivity and solidarity. Teams from regions like Africa, Asia, and Oceania will face off against top European and South American clubs, fostering the global growth of football.
