District SP Conducts Surprise Inspection of Ameenpur Police Station

Hyderabad – On 11th September 2025 (Patriotic Views), the District Superintendent of Police (SP), Sri Paritosh Pankaj IPS, conducted a surprise inspection of the Ameenpur Police Station in Sangareddy District. During this inspection, the SP thoroughly examined the cleanliness of the police station premises, the maintenance of station records, and the status of pending investigation cases.

The SP directed that all pending cases and police station records must be carefully reviewed, and a special action plan should be in place for the speedy disposal of long-pending cases. He further instructed that every application should be registered online for better tracking and transparency.

He emphasized identifying high-crime areas related to property offenses as “Black Spots” and implementing strict surveillance measures in these areas to curb criminal activities.

While addressing the police personnel, the SP stressed that every staff member should possess proficiency in all vertical departments and diligently execute their assigned duties. He instructed that a QR Code for Citizen Feedback should be prominently displayed within the police station premises to ensure easy access for the public.

Additionally, he advised all police officers to interact with visitors politely, patiently listen to their grievances, and work towards speedy justice.

The SP expressed serious concern over the rise of online betting, gaming, and cyber scams among the youth, particularly in Patancheru and Ameenpur areas of the district. He urged awareness campaigns to be conducted extensively in schools, colleges, and through social media to educate the public about the dangers of such cyber crimes.

Moreover, the SP pointed out that heavy traffic problems occur daily due to school and college buses, especially during morning and evening hours. He directed that traffic enforcement be strengthened at major junctions to manage the situation effectively.

A special focus was laid on the importance of CCTV cameras in crime control and investigation. The SP instructed that voluntary efforts should be made to install CCTV cameras in public places, especially in shopping malls, shops, and petrol stations, to assist in criminal detection and prevention.

During the inspection, Patancheru DSP Prabhakar, Ameenpur Inspector Naresh, SI officers, and other staff members were present.
