“Defeat NDA with Gandhi’s Satyagraha Spirit: Telangana Minister Ponguleti Calls for Change in Bihar”
Hyderabad, October 30 (Patriotic Views / ZED News)
Telangana State Minister for Revenue, Housing, and Information & Public Relations, and Congress Party’s Bihar Election Observer Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy has called upon the people of Bihar to defeat the NDA government with the same spirit that Mahatma Gandhi used to drive out British colonial rulers from India in 1917 through the historic Champaran Satyagraha.
Addressing Congress key workers’ meetings in Chanpatia and Bhaga Assembly constituencies of West Champaran district, Bihar, on Thursday, the Minister said that a clear wave of change is visible among the people, and that the Mahagathbandhan alliance is receiving tremendous public support across every village and street.
He asserted that the people of Bihar are ready to end opportunistic politics by giving a massive majority to the Mahagathbandhan in the upcoming elections scheduled for November 6 and 11.
Highlighting the issue of unemployment and migration among Bihar’s youth, Minister Ponguleti stated that the Mahagathbandhan’s election promise of “one job per household” has rekindled hope among the younger generation.
He said that a special election strategy has been designed keeping in view the state’s 7.4 crore voters, and that the welfare schemes announced for women will mark a new chapter in social empowerment.
The Minister said that during his tours, he has witnessed widespread support for the Mahagathbandhan alliance and praised Rahul Gandhi’s campaign, which has deeply inspired and mobilized voters across the state.
He added that this public awakening will serve as the foundation of the Mahagathbandhan’s upcoming victory.
“The future of Bihar lies in the hands of its people. They are ready to choose change for the sake of the next generation,” Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy declared.
The meeting was attended by AICC observer B.V. Srinivas, Champaran District Congress President Pramod Singh Patel, Indian Youth Congress General Secretary Koko Padhi, and other senior leaders.
On this occasion, Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and other Congress leaders released the party’s election campaign booklet.
