Hyderabad, January 1, 2026:
A dignified felicitation ceremony was held at Riyaz-ul-Uloom & Riyaz Islamic School, Mustafa Nagar, Falaknuma, in honour of renowned senior journalist, social activist, and Senior Correspondent of Etemaad Daily, Dr. Mohammed Shujauddin Ifteqari. The programme was organised to mark the successful completion of his PhD Viva Voce from the Department of Urdu, Osmania University.

The programme was presided over by Maulana Mohammed Siddiq Ahmed Sahib (Founder, Riyaz-ul-Uloom & Riyaz Islamic School). Speakers on the occasion congratulated Dr. Ifteqari on his academic accomplishment and paid rich tributes to his valuable contributions to journalism and social service.

During the programme, Dr. Mohammed Shujauddin Ifteqari undertook a detailed review of the academic, administrative and training systems of Riyaz-ul-Uloom & Riyaz Islamic School. He appreciated the institution’s services in both religious and modern education and expressed satisfaction over its academic activities, discipline, and holistic training of students.

A large number of scholars, journalists, teachers, students and eminent personalities attended the ceremony. The programme concluded with special prayers for Dr. Mohammed Shujauddin Ifteqari.
