Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy Highlights Key Government Initiatives During Christmas Celebrations at LB Stadium

Hyderabad: 21 dec Patriotic Views) Chief Minister Sri A Revanth Reddy participated in the Christmas celebrations at LB Stadium on Saturday, addressing the gathering with key points about the significance of December and his government’s commitment to the welfare of the Christian community.
The Chief Minister described December as a month of miracles, highlighting that it is not only the month of Jesus Christ’s birth but also the birth month of Congress leader Smt. Sonia Gandhi, and the month when the official process for the formation of Telangana state began. He emphasized the importance of this month for all residents of the state.
Reddy acknowledged that Christmas is the most widely celebrated festival globally and reiterated the teachings of Jesus Christ, especially the message of loving neighbors as much as oneself. He lauded the Christian community for its efforts in providing free education and healthcare services to the underprivileged, often surpassing government efforts in the quality of services provided.
The Chief Minister stressed that the Christian fraternity plays a pivotal role in building a healthy Telangana, and the state government’s stance is to protect all religions. He affirmed that the government would not tolerate any speech that incites religious hatred and would provide full protection to the Christian community.
He also highlighted several welfare measures, including the provision of 200 units of free power to the poor, which he noted would significantly benefit Dalit and tribal Christians. Additionally, Reddy announced that the allocation process for Indiramma houses would begin after the Sankranti festival, with a focus on ensuring that Dalit and Dalit Christians receive their due share of housing benefits.
The Chief Minister urged the PCC president to ensure adequate representation for Christians in the party, inviting those actively participating in party activities to be given a suitable position. He assured that the government would act to ensure that the Christian community receives its share of benefits from welfare schemes.
