Breaking: Minister Seethakka Leads Successful Second Day of “Panula Jatara” Across Telangana

Hyderabad: The second day of the Panula Jatara (Festival of Works) is progressing successfully, with inauguration ceremonies and foundation stone-laying programs being conducted enthusiastically across constituencies.

In Mulugu district’s Mallampalli Srinagar, Minister Seethakka laid the foundation stone for the construction of the Gram Panchayat building. She stated that the ongoing Panula Jatara across the state aims at holistic and sustainable rural development.

The program is designed to expand basic infrastructure and create employment opportunities.

On the first day, under the supervision of the Panchayati Raj & Rural Development Department, 13,552 works worth ₹205 crore were launched. Additionally, administrative approvals have been issued for 88,037 development works with an allocation of ₹1,994 crore.

In total, the Panula Jatara is set to implement 1,01,589 works with an outlay of ₹2,199 crore across the state.

So far, 60 MLAs and Ministers have actively participated in the program, which has turned into a festival-like celebration with the involvement of local people, much like Bathukamma.

Minister Seethakka expressed gratitude to the Ministers, MLAs, and MLCs who contributed to the success of the Panula Jatara. She also congratulated the Panchayati Raj Commissioner, departmental secretaries, and officials at all levels for coordinating the event effectively.
