Hyderabad: BRS president and former Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) celebrated Raksha Bandhan with party women leaders at his residence. Former MLA Gongidi Sunitha and former Zilla Parishad Chairperson Tula Uma tied rakhi to KCR and extended their festive greetings.

On the occasion, KCR warmly interacted with both leaders, conveyed his Raksha Bandhan wishes, and blessed them. KCR and his wife also honoured the women leaders with the traditional cheera saare (saree and ceremonial gifts) as a mark of respect and affection, wishing them happiness and prosperity.
