Jayashankar Bhupalpally: District Collector Rahul Sharma, I.A.S., advised candidates preparing for competitive examinations to study in a systematic manner, set clear goals and make effective use of their time to achieve success.

The Collector visited the district library on Thursday and reviewed the books available for aspirants, facilities for readers, proposed digital library arrangements and other basic infrastructure. He also interacted with candidates preparing for various competitive examinations and enquired about their requirements.

Rahul Sharma assured the aspirants that steps would be taken to provide additional competitive examination books, computer facilities and RO drinking water at the library. He also said efforts would be made to sanction the necessary funds to further strengthen library facilities.

The Collector encouraged candidates to maintain discipline, study consistently and make continuous efforts to achieve better results in competitive examinations. Later, as part of an environmental protection initiative, he planted a sapling on the library premises and stressed that protecting the environment is everyone’s responsibility.

District Library Institution Chairman Rajababu, Training Deputy Collector Naveen Reddy, Municipal Commissioner Uday Kumar, Tahsildar Lakshmi Rajayya, Library Secretary Rajendra Prasad and others were present.
