Mra Siddiqi Meets Health Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha

The initiatives undertaken by the Government of Telangana to strengthen the public healthcare system are playing a vital role in public welfare. Improvements in government hospital infrastructure, availability of quality medical treatment, and effective implementation of health-related schemes have directly benefited the general public. These views were expressed by the Telangana Minister for Health, Damodar Raja Narasimha, during a goodwill meeting with Mohammad Riyaz Ahmed, Chairman of ZED News TV Channel.

The Health Minister further stated that along with fulfilling its professional responsibilities, the media has an important duty to create awareness among the public. He also emphasized that religious and social leadership should actively promote positive messages related to health and hygiene in order to encourage a healthy lifestyle within society.

On this occasion, Mohammad Riyaz Ahmed stated that health is a fundamental necessity of human life, and therefore the government, media, and all responsible sections of society must work together in coordination. He stressed the need for taking more concrete and timely steps to ensure the availability of improved healthcare facilities for the public.

The meeting took place at the Health Minister’s residence at the Minister Quarters, Banjara Hills, where detailed discussions were held on ongoing government initiatives in the health sector, public issues, and the constructive role of media and religious-social leadership.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Mohammad Riyaz Ahmed presented an invitation to the engagement ceremony of ZED News TV Channel’s news anchor, Mohammad Salman Khan, to the Health Minister, who graciously accepted it and conveyed his best wishes and blessings.
