Forest Department, conducted an awareness programme about the hazards of Chinese manja

Boys Ashram School, dyangapur, in collaboration with the Forest Department, conducted an awareness programme to educate students about the hazards of Chinese manja and forest fires.
Students were advised not to fly kites using Chinese manja during the Sankranti festival holidays and to use cotton manja instead. Officials emphasised that Chinese manja is dangerous, poses threats to animals and birds, and disrupts environmental balance.
The programme was attended by Forest Range Officer Mohammed Nazeer Khan (Sarangapur), the school headmistress, teachers, FSO Rasheed, and forest beat officers Sujata, Vennela, and Bhumesh, along with the students.
