Outsourcing employees of Bhainsa Municipality stage massive protest over resolution of their issues.
Bhainsa 19/December (Patriotic Views) Employees working under outsourcing in Bhainsa Municipality, including cleaning staff, electrical staff, plumbing staff and others, started a massive protest in Bhainsa Municipality premises over their various issues including salary hike, PF and other issues, due to which a huge commotion was seen, on which Bhainsa Sub-Collector and Municipality In-charge Commissioner Ajmera Sankit Kumar IAS and other officials including DE Santosh Kumar, TPO Anuradha and Manager Gaurish and others talked to the protesting staff. During this, Bhainsa Sub-Collector and Municipality In-charge Commissioner Ajmera Sankit Kumar IAS tried their best to explain to the protesters, but the outsourcing staff intensified their protest and installed a marquee in the municipality premises and are adamant on the protest. Demanding the resolution of pending issues in a vociferous manner, they warned of continuing the protest sit-in. Meanwhile, Bhainsa Sub-Collector and Municipal In-charge Commissioner Ajmera Sankit Kumar IAS told the media that the salaries of the outsourcing staff depend on the collection of property tax, for which the municipal bill collectors are being directed to collect maximum property tax. He said that the people should play an important role in the development of the municipality by paying their property tax arrears as soon as possible, because the collection of property tax will increase the income of the municipality, which will make it possible to increase the salaries of the outsourcing staff and these staff will serve in ensuring the development and cleanliness of the city.
