Nizmaabad MLA Dhanpal Suryanarayana Criticizes State Government Neglect

Nizamabad, December 15 (MD Akber- Patriotic Views): In a vibrant start to the 2025 district-level government retirees’ sports competitions, organized under the aegis of the Telangana State Government Nizamabad District Branch to mark the All India Pensioners’ Day, Nizamabad Urban MLA Dhanpal Suryanarayana inaugurated the event, emphasizing the need to address pensioners’ long-pending grievances. Speaking at the ceremony, he strongly criticized the current government for neglecting retirees who have dedicated their lives to public service, highlighting unresolved issues such as pending pensions, healthcare facilities, health insurance, and DA arrears. He stressed that pensioners deserve a dignified life rather than reduced circumstances and pledged to continue advocating for their rights both in the Assembly and among the public. While praising the initiative to promote health, unity, and social spirit through sports, he underscored that the government must simultaneously assume responsibility for pensioners’ welfare. The event saw participation from district retired employees’ union leaders, representatives of various departments, and BJP leaders.
