Road Construction Works Given Top Priority: Minister Dhanasari Ansuya Sietakka

Sangareddy, Telangana: Telangana State Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, Rural Water Supply, and Women & Child Welfare Minister, Dhanasari Ansuya Sietakka, has stated that the government has taken a prestigious decision to prioritize road construction and development works in all lanes of district centers as well as rural areas.
On Tuesday, the Minister laid the foundation for road widening, divider installation, and center lighting works costing ₹4 crore from National Highway 163 to Madanapalli Cross Road in the district center. The event was attended by District Collector Divakar T.S. and District Library Committee Chairman Banoth Ravi Chander.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Sietakka explained that the government has allocated special funds not only for repairing damaged roads but also for undertaking full-scale road construction in villages that currently lack proper road facilities. She added that ongoing works include widening and improving roads connecting the district center to several villages.
The Minister instructed the concerned officials to ensure that the road construction works are completed with quality standards before the Bathukamma festival.
The event saw the participation of Municipal Commissioner Sampath, Panchayat Raj EE Ajay Kumar, along with Congress Party leaders from the state, district, block, mandal, and village levels, workers, public representatives, and relevant officials.
